  1. I have a 2009 370z sport touring, and I’m trying the Road Hugger GT Ultra by Discount Tire. I have these on my Acura RL which perform well. Like you I’m not aggressive, but need something to last longer than the softer summer tire.

  2. I own a 2107 Nissan 370Z. The car itself has a lot of road noise so I was looking for a tire that would be quieter but without sacrificing too much performance. I am not an aggressive driver and I don’t need the best when it comes to performance, but I don’t want to give away too much just for a quieter ride. My tire sizes are 245/40R19 94W – front and
    275/35R19 96W – rear. Any suggestions?

    1. Steve, I have a 2018 Nissan Z with the 19 inch wheels. Based on other performance oriented cars I have owned the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 is among the quietest and smoothest riding tire I have have used. I currently still have the factory Bridgestones on mine but will be going with the Michelins soon. I have noticed a lot of road noise but it depends on what type of paved surface it is, concrete, asphalt etc. I live in middle Georgia and I-75 has a mix of surfaces. That said some of the surfaces the car was super quiet and smooth. Others it starts to sounds like freight train. Hopefully once again the Michelins will iron out the ride. Plus they have always provided me with exceptional wear, handling in wet and dry weather. I am not an aggressive driver, I save the speeding for the racetrack.
