Nexen Roadian AT Tire Review & Rating
An all-terrain and all season truck tire, the Nexen Roadian AT has been manufactured specifically to handle a diverse range of road and terrain conditions. This includes riding on smooth surfaces in the city to handling rough and rugged off-road trails in the country.
They feature an all-terrain non-directional tread pattern to combat the effects of driving on the road less travelled. This is combined with a multi-wave kerf design that handles poor conditions and ensures that the tires can function on snow as well.
For wet weather driving there are four wide deep zig-zag grooves to drain water and maintain traction and grip while a Nexen shoulder design is present to handle heavy loads and provide stability over long periods.

Overall Thoughts
At the budget end of the scale the Nexen Roadian AT provides decent performance for the most part, especially on-road. Like some all-terrain models they do feature some road noise however nothing that is unacceptable.
Good on road traction and the ability to handle light snow in the winter months are massive plus points for these tires given their price. On the downside is off-road performance. While you can expect acceptable traction on dirt, gravel, grass and sand, performance in mud is lacking.
There is no mileage warranty however getting upwards of 50,000 miles from these tires is quite common and they are durable and long lasting. For driving on light off road terrain or those weekend camping trips, the Roadian AT is not a bad choice.

Warranty
Nexen provides a limited tread warranty on the Roadian AT. Tire uniformity is guaranteed for the first 2/32 inch of tread wear. Materials and workmanship are warranted for 6-years and include free replacement during the first 2/32 inch of wear. A prorated amount is given for the remaining time period or down to the final 2/32 inch of tread depth.

I have had 3 of the Nexen Roadian AT slip belts on my truck with only 34000 miles. They came on my mew Ram 3500. Now I am having to replace all 6 because they are too dangerous to drive on. Had to use the spare and now it is bad. Horrible tire. The need to be recalled. How can I get these warranted. They should have lasted longer. Plus I pull a big horse trailer with expensive show horses. To have a blow out would be deadly to driver and horse. Please respond
