Mickey Thompson Introduces New Street Radial Tire
The new Mickey Thompson ET Street S/S tire was just launched on July 6, 2015. This newest addition to the company’s ET Street lineup combines street legal performance with drag strip capabilities at the local track.
Mickey Thompson has taken its R2 drag tire compound and combined it with a polyester ply, steel belted, tubeless radial construction to give this model the type of performance the company is known for.
According to Jason Moulton, product development manager for Mickey Thompson, “This is an exciting addition to our street tire line. The ET Street S/S is a truly incredible street performance tire that looks fantastic and is ready for the drag strip on the weekend.”
The ET Street S/S is currently available in six 18-20 inch sizes:
- P285/40R18
- P305/40R18
- P325/30R19
- P335/25R20
- P275/40R20
- P305/35R20
Mickey Thompson says that an additional 12 sizes will be made available by December of this year.
