Michelin Agilis Tire Review & Rating
A summer tire designed to be used on trucks, vans and commercial related vehicles, the Michelin Agilis offers smooth riding, low road noise and superior traction in good conditions.
The tires come with a Durable Security Compound that creates a unique tread design to provide strong traction on both wet and dry road surfaces as well as reducing the effects of wear and increase durability.
Resilience is also improved via the sidewall curb protector that adds an extra layer of protection to the tires. With a solid tread design for all conditions as well, the Michelin Agilis brakes shorter on wet road surfaces.
Coming in sizes 14 to 16 inches, they also have a Durable Contact Patch that creates a squarer tire footprint. This results in less fuel consumption, lower noise and all round better comfort over long distances.
Furthermore, a 45,000 mile warranty (Q- & R-Speed Rated) ensures longevity and endurance across the life of the tire.
Pros

Overall Thoughts
For trucks, vans and pickups traveling over long distances, the Michelin Agilis is among the better tires on the market for their price.
They provide great comfort and relatively low road noise, which are two of the hallmarks that any truck tire should have and most drivers find a 1 to 1.5 mpg increase in gas mileage from using them. While they are only suitable for summer and in good driving conditions, the innovative tread from Michelin provides very good traction on both wet and dry roads and they offer responsive steering and handling.
Decent tread life is backed up by a 45,000 mile warranty and the guarantee that, with most Michelin tires, you will get quality over a sustained period of time.
