Cooper Evolution Winter Tire Review & Rating

Joining the Evolution line of tires in 2018, the Cooper Evolution Winter is the company’s latest studdable winter tire. Built for drivers of coupes, sedans, minivans and crossover vehicles, the Evolution Winter features Cooper’s Weather-Master certification for superior traction, handling, braking and acceleration on snow and ice.

Cooper utilizes a silica tread compound matched up with an optimized tread pattern and Snow-Groove technology that is designed to deliver outstanding grip in deep snow, hard-pack, slush and other rough winter weather conditions.

Cooper’s engineers have focused not only on performance, but giving this winter tire a quiet and comfortable ride quality as well. The Evolution Winter has also been pinned to accept #11 studs for added traction in the event you need to get through the most adverse of conditions.

This new Evolution Winter will be a replacement for the current Weather-Master S/T2 model and will be available in the fall of 2018 in 48 popular sizes. We will have a full review on this new winter tire as soon as it becomes available.
