Continental Tire Announces New Warranty Plan

Continental Tire Americas LLC has come out with a new comprehensive warranty plan on select tires called the “Total Confidence Plan”.

This new comprehensive plan is a combination of all warranties and services that are available from the company.

Highlights of the *Total Confidence Plan include:

Road Hazard – unique in the industry because it applies to all Continental passenger and light truck tires that are purchased as replacement, and provides a comparable replacement tire within the first 12 months.

Limited Warranty – allows for free replacement within the first 12 months.

Customer Satisfaction Trial – replacement tires bearing the Continental name and D.O.T. serial numbers are covered up to 60 days (30 days for winter and select marketing lines).

Tread Wearout Coverage – coverage on select replacement products up to 90,000miles.

Flat Tire Roadside Assistance 1 – three (3) year complimentary flat change ortowing up to 150 miles at no charge. Tires must be registered online at www.totalconfidence-plan.com.

This new warranty coverage is good news for new tire buyers and we wouldn’t be surprised if other tire makers begin expanding their warranty coverage on select tires as well.
