BFGoodrich g-Force Super Sport A/S Tire Review & Rating
Engineered for drivers of performance coupes, sedans and other sports cars, the g-Force Super Sport A/S from BFGoodrich is one of the company’s highest performance all-season tires. It’s designed to provide outstanding dry and wet pavement traction and handling without compromising on ride quality.
Dry surface cornering and steering response are enhanced through the directional tread pattern and continuous center rib. The tread area on the Super Sport has been strengthened to reduce distortion when cornering or hitting the brakes. This strengthening also provides better overall treadwear.
Wet surface traction and handling is increased with BFG’s Aqua-Chute grooves and added sipes around the tread. Offset center grooves and the hook shaped tread blocks expel more water from under the tire and reduce the risk of hydroplaning. This model is also M+S rated for winter driving.
Inside the tire you’ll find two steel belts that are strengthened from BFGoodrich’s ETEC system of spirally wrapped nylon. The results are more strength and stability at higher speeds, and a larger footprint for better high speed handling. The polyester cord body adds to the ride quality, which makes it much more comfortable to ride on. A 50,000 mile warranty is also included.

Overall Thoughts
As a high performance all-season tire, the g-Force A/S is in the top tier of its class. Dry surface traction and cornering performance is very good, and steering response is among the best in its class.
The tire is comfortable to ride on and tread life is good as well. Our only complaint is that it could do a bit better when it comes to driving in cold weather with snow or ice. Of course, it’s not a snow tire by any means.
Overall, we enjoy the performance this tire provides and highly recommend it. BFG has come out with a solid option in the Super Sport A/S.

Warranty
The BFGoodrich Super Sport comes with a 6-year or 50,000 mile treadlife warranty. There is also a one-year or first 2/32 inch of wear guarantee on the tire’s uniformity.
Materials and workmanship are warranted for 6-years and include free replacement during the first year or first 2/32 inch of wear. The amount is then prorated for the remaining time period or down to the final 2/32 inch of tread depth.
