As a truck and SUV all-season tire, the Nexen Roadian HT LT is built to provide superior traction on the road and is designed specifically to handle heavier loads and long distances.
With competent dry traction and four wide circumferential grooves that expel water fast to avoid aquaplaning and losing grip on wet surfaces, the Roadian HT LT can be driven on virtually any road surface and still perform to a high standard.
A solid shoulder block design offers consistent cornering, handling and steering for an all-round responsive driving experience and the multi edge blocks add durability and ensure a strong presence on the road.
As an all season tire they have a wavy kerf arrangement that helps stabilize the vehicle in snow and ensure that they can be used all year round in rougher road conditions.
Coming in sizes ranging from 15-20 inches, the Nexen Roadian HT LT is available with up to a 10 ply carcass.

Overall Thoughts
While many tire manufacturers claim that their products can survive on all road surfaces, not many actually do. Nexen has taken a different approach with the Roadian HT LT’s in that they can drive in all conditions and throughout the year.
Even in snow they handle well and certainly good enough for most conditions. Beyond that the tires are durable and absorb shock and vibrations well. The biggest issue with this model is all the reports of a shorter tread life. Many drivers have mentioned tread issues around the 20k mile mark.
The tires have good traction and steering response, and the tires are comfortable to drive on which checks all the fundamental boxes for a truck and SUV all-season tire that is designed to haul heavier loads. Overall, a middle of the pack model.

Warranty
Nexen provides a limited tread warranty on the HT LT. Tire uniformity is guaranteed for the first 2/32 inch of wear.
Materials and workmanship are warranted for 6-years and includes free replacement during the first 6-months or 2/32 inch of wear. A prorated amount is given for the remaining time period or down to the final 2/32 inch of tread depth.
