Definitely a structure issue on one of four I purchased. Was told by the dealer I purchased them from I am out of luck. Guess I’m buying 4 new rims that are not Level 8. Also the Level 8 website says the warranty is 5 years now.
Three of my level 8 trackers have cracked behind the valve stem hole. 20×9 8x170mm. I had them on a 2018 f250 never off road always empty. I read above about a lifetime structure warranty, but when I contacted your company about the problem , being all three cracked in the SAME EXACT SPOT I was told it must have been something I did and there was no warranty. So I will be sure to pass along your warranty.
