The Rocky Mountain ATS from Falken is engineered to take you through any type of terrain to get you where you want to go. The tire sports four wider multi-angled grooves around the tread that help evacuate water, snow and mud from under the tire, while unique biting edge blocks enhance overall traction and control on any type of surface without hydroplaning or spinning out.

An excellent feature of this tire is in how quiet the ride is. In fact, you would be hard-pressed to find a more quiet all-terrain tire from any tiremaker today. This is due in part to the computer optimized tread design and the jointless nylon cap plies used inside the tread that reduce road noise and various vibrations.

On-road steering response and stability are increased with the five-rib design of the tread pattern, two wider steel belts and slightly stiffer tread blocks. LT sizes are made with a 3-ply sidewall that provides added strength and durability. This Falken all-terrain tire comes in 15-24 sizes, making it easy to find the tire that will fit your vehicle.

Falken is well known for their high performance tires and this new Rocky Mountain ATS is another winner in their lineup. We can’t say enough about how well this tire handles and tracts through rain, snow, mud, dirt, gravel and just about anything else you want to throw its way.

Surprisingly, the noise level is minimal and not what you would expect from an AT tire. Whether it’s driving around town or on a highway trip, you can actually hear others talking, and if you’re driving alone you will not have to blast the stereo to drown out the road noise. Even better is the long treadlife you can expect that goes along with a 50,000 mile warranty. Overall, the Falken ATS is simply one of the better AT tires on the market today.
