Have run Nokian WRs on my 2004 & 2010 Prius, 2017 Outback, 2003 Element, 2013 Rogue for years in rural NY & northern MN. Year round traction outstanding; mpg good; noise fair, durability terrible. Never got more than 30k, many punctures, last 2 sets got flat spots=vibration when not driven daily. Yoko Geo A/T on Outback worked well last (mild) winter. Still in search of good Prius tire.
You may also want to look at the Toyo Celsius all weather. Pricey but the ultimate all weather tire for this car.
What about Nokian All weather tires? I have them on my other vehicle and they are outstanding. The big plus is they qualify for snow tires. These are all weather tires, not the standard All Season tires everyone else has.
